Ben came to real estate after a career in corporate marketing. He enjoys the strategic work behind finding every client a win-win scenario. Ben likes to make every client feel like family. When he’s not listing and buying homes with clients, he’s working on being a soccer coach and dad joke champion.

Julie Mulford is a Realtor, farm sunset observer, and outdoor enthusiast. She also enjoys her role as mom to teenagers Ben & Tommy, and wife to Joe. Her experience ranges from hard work on the family farm to a long career in interior design, and she loves putting it all to work for her clients.
